USL - BSN Batch '11 garners 96.97% in nursing board
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Batch 2011 with their batch name Tutela Villicus Mariae garnered a very high percentage passing rate of 96.97% in the December 2011 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) conducted by the PRC. The overall percentage of USL in the board exam is 94.29%. Since 2010, the PRC has been releasing lists of top performing schools with 50 and above examinees only. This year, the school only had a total of 35 examinees in the Nursing board.
USL expands Health Related Program to Offer BS Pharmacy, BS Medical Technology/BS Medical Laboratory Science in June 2012
This year, the College of Health and Allied Sciences of the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao will be opening new courses, the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and the Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science. This move of the school is to provide the community and the world with competent health practitioners imbibed with Christians values. The University of Saint Louis has always been true to its promise of quality education to its clientele as manifested in the graduates' performances in board examinations.
USL is No. 3 Top Performing School Nationwide in the October 2011 CPA Board Exam
University of Saint Louis (USL) made another sterling performance, this time in the 2011 CPA Board Examination, ranking number 3 among other accountancy schools nationwide with at least 50 examinees, behind UP DIliman (No.1) and UST (No. 2). In October 2008, Richie Padilla topped the CPA board examination.
A total of 40 Louisians hurdled the board examination, with the first takers obtaining an unprecedented percentage passing of 82.22%.
