Requirements for Admission
A. Registration:
The child must be 5 years old by June 30 of the ensuring school year.
B. Submit a photocopy of the following
• Birth Certificate of the child
• Baptismal Certificate of the child
• Marriage Contract of parents
• Audiology Test ( if possible)
