COLLEGE ADMISSION AND ENROLMENT SCHEDULES

Admission exam starts on January 6, 2018.

  • Monday-Friday: (8:00AM-10:00AM, 10:00AM-12:00NN) (2:00PM-4:00PM)
  • Saturday: (8:00AM-10:00AM, 10:00AM-12:00NN)
  • Enrolment starts April 7, 2018.
  • Minimum down payment: ₱999.00

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A. INCOMING FRESHMEN

  • One (1) Original and One (1) photocopy of Form 138 (Grade 12 card) marked Eligible for Admission to College
  • Two (2) copies of recent colored I.D. picture (2×2), white background
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Result of USL Admission Exam
  • Certificate of Live Birth from PSA (formerly NSO) (2 clear photocopies)
  • Certificate of Church Marriage, if married (2 clear photocopies)

B. TRANSFEREES

  • Honorable Dismissal
  • Certified True Copy of Grades (with no failing grades & no dropped subjects)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Police Clearance
  • Certificate of Live Birth from PSA (formerly NSO) (2 clear photocopies)
  • Three (3) copies of recent colored I.D. picture (2×2), white background
  • Must pass the Admission Exam
  • Certificate of Church Marriage, if married (2 clear photocopies)
  • Recommendation from any USL employee

C. GRADUATE SCHOOL
